Must Have
12 to 15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, Director-level leadership experience with direct people management responsibility, Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS business through the $50M to $100M+ ARR range, Deep expertise in analytics, reporting, and modeling, Forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline analysis, and unit economics experience, Data visualization skills, Experience with modern analytics tools, Proven experience owning and optimizing CRM and GTM systems, Comfort working with technical tools and platforms, Clear interest in applying AI to improve how teams operate, Track record of close partnership with Finance and GTM leadership, High ownership mindset, Disciplined prioritization, Clear decision-making across competing demands, Experience operating in fast-moving, resource-conscious environments, Executive communication skills, Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Full Job Description
## Description Loop is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to help scale and strengthen our Go-To-Market organization as we enter our next phase of growth. This role is for an experienced RevOps leader who can bring clarity, rigor, and strong execution to how we operate across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success. You will report to Loop’s CRO and lead an established Revenue Operations team. The foundation is already in place. This role is about elevating how the function operates, strengthening analytics and insights, and creating a more disciplined, scalable operating model across teams. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with GTM leadership, Finance, and Operations. Success in this role requires strong judgment, a high bar for ownership, and the ability to influence how decisions get made across the business. We work from our HQ in Columbus, OH, or one of our Hub or Secluded locations, and are distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we’re looking for someone to join us in the United States. ## What You’ll Do Own GTM Analytics, Reporting, and Business Insights Lead Loop’s GTM analytics and reporting strategy, providing clear visibility into performance, risk, and opportunity across the funnel. Own forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, and performance management, partnering closely with Finance on planning and unit economics. Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and models that inform proactive decision-making and serve as the single source of truth for GTM metrics. ## What You’ll Do Scale Systems and Revenue Technology Own and optimize Loop’s GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and adjacent tools such as Gong, Replit, Lovable, Hex, Looker, Notion, and various AI Tools (Claude).
