Must Have

10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Business Reporting, or related, 7+ years of experience with CRM and BI Reporting tools, Proven ability to influence executive leadership, Deep experience in SaaS forecasting, Deep experience in pipeline management, Deep experience in revenue planning, Deep experience in territory design, Deep experience in quota setting, Deep experience in compensation administration, Comprehensive understanding of Sales, Marketing, CS and Finance metrics in a SaaS / Subscription-software environment, Business acumen and analysis skills, Written communication skills, Presentation development skills, Independent judgment with little or no oversight
