Must Have

Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or MD/PhD) in cell biology, immunology, bioengineering, or related discipline, 20+ years of biopharmaceutical R&D experience, Substantial focus on cell-based therapies, Track record advancing programs from discovery to IND and early clinical, Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary, multisite teams, Demonstrated leadership of senior people leaders, Deep expertise across key domains, Familiarity with regulatory pathways for cell and gene therapies, Portfolio management experience, Resource planning experience, Financial acumen, Exceptional communication skills, Exceptional influence skills, Exceptional stakeholder management skills, Commitment to building an inclusive culture, Commitment to developing talent

Nice to Have

Experience with viral and non-viral modalities, Experience with vector design, release testing, stability, Experience with IND preparation, Experience with RMAT considerations, Experience with in vivo gene therapy nonclinical packages
