### Head of Quality & Production / Quality Manager – Intimate Apparel **Sri Lanka (Outside Colombo) | Full-Time Contract | Remote-Hybrid with On-Site Factory Presence** ### About Bodily Bodily is an intimate apparel and recovery brand built for the moments that change your body — pregnancy, postpartum, surgery, and beyond. We design products that are functional, evidence-informed, and made for real bodies. Our team is small, scrappy, and deeply committed to making things that actually work. ### About the Role We are looking for a senior quality and production professional to serve as Bodily's quality authority in Sri Lanka. This is a full-time embedded role — part of your time will be spent on the factory floor conducting in-process and post-production quality inspection; the rest will be spent working as an internal production coordinator, supporting PO management, development coordination, and factory communication on behalf of our US-based team. You will represent Bodily's quality and production standards directly to factory management, with the confidence and authority to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive improvements in product construction, tech packs, and production processes. This is not a third-party QC role — you will be an extension of our team and a genuine leader for Bodily in Sri Lanka. **This role begins as a 3-month contract engagement with the intention of converting to a full-time ongoing retainer.** ### Responsibilities ### Quality Control & Factory Floor (Primary) - Serve as Bodily's on-site quality authority during production runs — identifying and escalating issues related to stitch tension, thread tension, elastic application, seam construction, and overall garment quality - Conduct or oversee post-production inspection; work in conjunction with our third-party QC body (SGS) as needed - Produce clear, photo-documented quality reports and findings for our US-based team on a regular cadence - Review tech packs and flag or recommend
