Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5 + years experience in software sales and delivery of commercial value in the industry, 5 + years experience in commercial sales in the pharmaceutical software sector, Exceptional network and sales experience with a well-recognized reputation, Extensive experience bringing innovation to solve complex issues, Proven ability to influence senior-level executives, Proven experience driving global change in complex organizations, organizational agility, Passionate about improving patient experience and outcomes, Customer-focused, Integrity and trust, Knowledge of the external market and techniques

What You'll Do.
Lead and develop a team focused on responsiveness and quality output for commercial opportunities
Develop and lead competitive pricing strategies for Enterprise SaaS and Study by study
Lead and support the team with the development of strategic proposal responses
Drive and expedite contract creation and execution
Oversee the creation of persuasive responses to RFIs
Ongoing process excellence
Identify new opportunities to enhance proposal effectiveness
Lead and manage the proposal lifecycle
Track and report on proposal-related KPIs
Track and report on RFI-related KPIs
Mitigate risks and resolve challenges related to proposal development and client engagement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering cross functionally to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives; Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, product teams, and delivery leads; Partner with Legal functions to collaborate on SOW templates and streamlined partnerships; Collaborate with the sales leadership team to ensure movement to RFP; Partner with CFO organisation to ensure revenue expectations are met; Collaborate across departments to enhance sales strategy with multidisciplinary insights
Communication Scope
Persuasive Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to convey Evinova’s value proposition with clarity and impact; Complex Information Simplification: Ability to distill and present complex technical concepts to diverse, non-technical audiences
