Must Have
Extensive experience leading large-scale D &T programmes using waterfall or stage-gate methodologies, Proven accountability for delivery frameworks, governance and assurance, Demonstrated leadership of teams of Project Managers and programme professionals, experience managing delivery risk, dependency modelling and recovery scenarios, Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills, Relevant delivery certifications (e. g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience operating alongside Agile and hybrid delivery models at enterprise scale, Background in regulated, complex or business-critical environments, financial and commercial delivery awareness, Experience working within Delivery Excellence or transformation functions

The role has **enterprise‑wide accountability for the delivery of D &T programmes using waterfall and stage‑gate methodologies**, ensuring programmes are governed effectively, delivered predictably, and achieve their intended business outcomes.
