Must Have
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, 5+ years program manage/project management experience, 3+ years supervisory experience, Experience leading multidisciplinary project team, Experience in direct customer contact
Nice to Have
Experience in program management of industrialization projects for mass production of products with plastic injection and high-speed assembly technologies, Background in medical device, Background in pharmaceutical industry, Background in industries of mass production such as automotive
What You'll Do.
Manage and organize Program Management team activity
define and monitor workloads
Coordinate and monitor Project Management team activities
Promote and ensure project compliance with NPI process
Drive profitability of plant projects
Drive project risks identification and mitigation plans
Ensure adequacy between skills and company objectives
Participate in definition of recruitment needs
Assess employee performance
Draw up training plan
Manage integration and training of new hires
Manage technical answers for Request for Quotation
Support sales with presentation of technical content
Organize local Program Steering Committee
Coordinate input for Global Program tracking
Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all safety procedures
