Apply Lean principles
Drive implementation of 6S
Drive implementation of visual management
Drive implementation of standard work
Drive implementation of continuous flow
Champion shift from milestone-driven to flow-based model
Own quality in production
Ensure zero tolerance for systemic quality failures
Design production system to catch defects
Design production system to prevent defects
Work closely with AIT Engineering and Quality
Ensure production procedures are robust
Ensure production procedures are repeatable
Ensure production procedures are up to date
Lead root cause analysis on anomalies
