Sie verbinden operative Excellence mit strategischer Weiterentwicklung und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für eine leistungsstarke, internationale Produktionslandschaft. Ihr Job * Gesamtverantwortung für alle Produktionsbereiche (Planung & Steuerung, mechanische Fertigung, Montage, Elektronik, 3D‑Druck) * Sicherstellung eines effizienten, termintreuen Produktionsablaufs im Tagesgeschäft * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 100 Mitarbeitenden sowie mehrerer Führungskräfte (inkl. 2‑Schicht-Betrieb) * Verantwortung für Budget, Kapazitätsplanung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Produktion * Steuerung der Liefertermine und Lieferperformance im projektorientierten Make‑to‑Order-Umfeld * Koordination der internationalen Produktionszusammenarbeit mit Standorten in Slowenien, China, Spanien und Lateinamerika sowie mit externen Fertigungspartnern * Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Effizienz, Qualität, Kosten und Nachhaltigkeit * Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungs-, Produktions- und Robotiklösungen * Schnittstellenmanagement zu Einkauf, R&D, Qualitätsmanagement und Vertrieb sowie direkte Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung * Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitssicherheit und Sicherheitskultur Ihre Kompetenzen * Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (FH/TU), z. B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Industrial Engineering * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle (z. B. Head of Production, Operations Manager:in, Manufacturing Manager:in, Betriebsleiter:in) * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management und/oder Six Sigma (idealerweise Green/Black Belt) * Unternehmerische, umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit klarer Kommunikation * Hohes Prozessverständnis sowie ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfähigkeit * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Erfahrung mit digitalen Produktions-
