Fühlst du dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl, in dem operative Exzellenz, Mitarbeiterführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung den Erfolg bestimmen? Als Head of Production verantwortest du die Bereiche Plating, RTI (Returnable Transport Items / Mehrwegtransportbehälter) und Fulfillment an einem unserer schnell wachsenden Produktionsstandorte. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Leistung in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Qualität, Lieferung, Kosten und Mitarbeiterführung und stellst einen reibungslosen, effizienten und skalierbaren Betrieb sicher. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Stabilisierung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse, der Weiterentwicklung unserer Führungskräfte in der Produktion sowie bei der Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Verbesserungsinitiativen in einem dynamischen Umfeld der Lebensmittelproduktion. Wir suchen eine entscheidungsstarke und inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit, die operative Expertise mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität, strategischem Denken und einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein verbindet. Deine Aufgaben Führung und Steuerung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts in den Bereichen Plating, RTI und Fulfillment unter Einhaltung höchster Standards in den Bereichen Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit. Sicherstellung der operativen Performance anhand relevanter SQCDP-Kennzahlen, einschließlich Verantwortung für Schichtleistung, Personaleinsatzplanung, Materialfluss und Eskalationsmanagement.
