## The team waiting for you You'll be joining a team that thrives on innovation and relentlessly pursues unconventional, creative solutions to drive results. As a Head of Product & Growth, you'll own the launch and market positioning of a newly built product—from identifying the right go-to-market strategy to acquiring customers and building momentum for sustainable growth. We're at a pivotal moment where rapid decision-making and bold execution will define success, giving you the autonomy to hustle, experiment, and shape the trajectory of something brand new from the ground up. ## In this role, you’ll Define and execute product growth strategies by identifying new revenue streams, market expansion opportunities, and lead initiatives across the full user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation). Drive product positioning, GTM strategy, and launch execution while directly supporting sales and partnership teams with product expertise. Translate client needs, business goals, and competitive insights into actionable product improvements, ensuring ongoing development aligns with scalability requirements and market differentiation. Build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritise and orchestrate growth-impacting initiatives. Own the experimentation process (including A/B testing and funnel optimisation) by analysing KPIs, customer behaviour, and market trends to drive continuous innovation. ## Your skills & experiences Proven experience in strategic Product Management, Growth, Business Development, or Commercial roles in a digital environment. Strong understanding of digital product growth mechanics, monetisation models, and customer lifecycle management. Experience working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
