We offer a range of retail, business, corporate and investment banking, wealth management products and services. **_Job Summary_** The Retail Banking Business Performance Manager & Product Development (VP) is responsible for driving retail business growth, profitability, and efficiency through rigorous performance management, analytics, and the development of competitive retail products. The role ensures alignment of retail strategy with NBC Bank overall business objectives, while delivering customer-centric, compliant, and commercially viable products across all retail channels. **Job Description** **Business Performance Management (30%)** * Lead end-to-end performance management for the Retail Banking business, including assets, liabilities, non-funded income, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality. * Develop and monitor retail KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and management reports for Executive Management and Board consumption. * Track performance against budget, STP, and strategic initiatives, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions with business owners. * Partner with Branch Banking, Digital Banking, and Sales teams to drive productivity, activation, and growth of retail customers. * Provide insights through data analytics to support decision-making, business optimization, and resource allocation. **Product Development & Management (25%)** * Lead the design, development, review, and enhancement of retail banking products including deposits, lending, payments, cards, agency banking, and digital products. * Ensure product offerings are customer-centric, competitive, profitable, and aligned with market trends and customer needs. * Own the product lifecycle management process from concept, pricing, approval, launch, performance tracking, to review and exit. * Coordinate product approvals with internal governance structures, including risk, compliance, legal, finance, and AL
