8+ years of product leadership experience, including experience leading product at a high-growth technology company., Experience owning product strategy for a complex B2B software product., product taste. You have clear opinions about what makes products simple, elegant, useful, and differentiated., Experience building or scaling data-intensive, workflow-heavy, AI-enabled, or GTM-oriented products., Ability to operate across altitude: company strategy, product vision, roadmap, user workflows, UX details, and execution tradeoffs., customer intuition. You can quickly understand users, identify pain, and translate ambiguity into product direction., Exceptional prioritization judgment. You know how to sequence work, say no, and create focus., cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams., Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and create clarity in ambiguous environments., communication skills.
