You will operate at the centre of three competing forces: * the needs of public sector customers (local authorities) * the expectations of private providers and families * the realities of what can be built well and reliably **Your role is not just to “gather requirements”, but to make clear product bets. You will decide where we go deep, where we stay simple, and where we say no. You will work closely with Engineering, Business Improvement, Commercial and Customer Success to:** * shape a coherent product strategy across all segments * turn ambiguous problems into well-defined product directions * ensure what we build is both valuable and usable in real-world care settings **This is a hands-on leadership role. You will need to move between strategy and detail, from defining long-term direction to reviewing the shape of a single feature.
