senior product leadership experience at a growth-stage company, Hands-on Mentality, generalist and a "doer", Experience in environments where software meets real-world operations (beyond pure-play SaaS), Technical Literacy, Proven Track Record, successfully taken over an existing product function before and leveled it up, Effective Communicator, ability to align diverse teams around a shared direction, AI Savvy, A clear view on where AI creates actual product value today, backed by features you’ve successfully shipped, Fluent English (written and spoken)
