This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape sourcing strategies, drive operational excellence, and deliver measurable value to our clients through innovative procurement solutions. Reporting directly to the APAC Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic approaches to account sourcing, client relationship management, and supplier compliance and performance. This role is based in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD, with regular office attendance required to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. **Key Responsibilities:** **Strategic Leadership** * Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, maintain quality standards, and achieve cost reductions * Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities to inform procurement strategies * Establish and communicate the Sourcing & Procurement vision to clients, stakeholders, vendors, and strategic alliance partners **Client & Stakeholder Management** * Provide expert advisory services on procurement category strategy and innovative practices * Develop strong stakeholder and client engagement to align sourcing strategies with business needs * Serve as the primary contact for procurement-related questions, training, and policy interpretation *
