What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of extensive experience in consultative sales, Deep understanding of client needs and strategic solutions in Debt Capital Markets working in Private Markets, including private credit, alternative investment funds, financial sponsors, and asset managers, Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing relationship management teams and driving significant revenue growth, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, Client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and stakeholders, Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive innovation within a relationship management organization, Extensive coaching and mentoring experience, including coaching others to be leaders, Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, Communication skills both written and oral, Influencing and interpersonal skills, US travel required, All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week, Must attend at least one in-person interview

The Head of Private Markets Relationship Management, S&P Global Ratings is a pivotal leadership position responsible for elevating the Private Markets Commercial team to achieve strategic objectives within the sector. We are seeking a seasoned professional with consultative sales skills within Private Credit, Fund Finance and Financial Sponsors, along with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing relationship management teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.
