What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, Proven track record of leading PMO functions and building or significantly improving portfolio management maturity, leadership and change management capabilities, Experience leading complex digital transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives, business and financial acumen, business case development, and benefits tracking and analytics, Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, Collaborative and at building trust across business and digital teams, Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments, Calm, decisive, and resilient under pressure, Hands-on experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models at scale
