Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, computer science, or a related field, At least 10 years of experience in project management, At least 5 years in a leadership role, Proven experience in establishing and leading a PMO in a complex organization, Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Primavera, In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Lean, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience in leading PMO in digital transformation organization, PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications
What You'll Do.
and manage the Project Management Office
Ensure effective delivery of projects
Align projects with business strategies
Enhance project management capabilities
Lead overall CDT projects budget
Allocate budget align with business priority
Ensure project delivery on time within budget
Develop and implement PMO strategic plan
Define project management standards
Provide strategic guidance to project teams
Assign tasks and monitor team performance
and train new PMO staff
Oversee CDT project portfolio
Monitor project progress
Provide regular reports to senior management
Identify and manage dependencies between projects
Resolve conflicts between projects
Act as liaison between CDT
Engage with senior executives
Manage relationships with external stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes
Develop CDT team overall agile mature level
Implement new technologies and methodologies
Drive a culture of innovation within PMO

Team & Collaboration
Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment; Act as a liaison between CDT, Business team and global project team; Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders; Engage with senior executives for project insights and recommendations; Manage relationships with external stakeholders

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
