So, join our team and feel like you’re part of something bigger. **About your team** The Performance Attribution function is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful analysis of investment performance across portfolios, strategies and asset classes. The team operates with two centres of excellence in Dublin (Ireland) and Gurgaon (India). The team explains what drove performance, why returns diverged from benchmarks, and how investment decisions contributed to outcomes, supporting portfolio managers, investment committees, senior management and clients. The team partners closely with portfolio management, risk, product, client reporting and technology teams to ensure performance data is robust, transparent and consistently interpreted across regions and asset classes. **About your role** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead the ongoing operation of our Attribution team. The Head of Performance Attribution is accountable for the global delivery, development and evolution of performance and attribution analysis across **equity, fixed income and multi-asset strategies**. The role ensures best‑in‑class attribution methodologies, scalable operating models and high-quality insights that enhance investment decision-making, governance and client outcomes.
