What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10 years of relevant experience in fund management, performance analytics, or investment operations, at least 3 years in a leadership role, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline, Professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM, Deep understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and portfolio construction techniques, Detailed understanding of quantitative analytics, including performance measurement, attribution, and risk analysis, Technical capability with programming languages (Python, SQL), Experience with research tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet is required
Nice to Have
Understanding of ESG reporting and analysis would be beneficial
What You'll Do.
Lead and oversee team operations across fund performance
and quantitative analytics
Recommend changes to funds and model portfolios based on SAA analysis
Direct performance monitoring and reporting
Perform ad hoc analytical work on portfolios on funds
Guide investment analysis to support the Investment Committee’s evaluations of current and prospective products
Oversee documentation and reporting for internal governance and external audiences
Drive operational efficiency by reviewing and enhancing procedures
developing key controls and metrics
and embedding automation and technology solutions
Mentor and develop team members
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Investment Strategy and Selection teams; Ensure alignment with investment policies and strategic asset allocation (SAA) objectives; Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of portfolio performance, attribution, and risk metrics to Investment Committees and external stakeholders; Oversee documentation and reporting for internal governance and external audiences, including fund boards and regulators; embedding automation and technology solutions; fostering a culture of analytical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
