What You'll Achieve.
Ensure high performance remains the baseline; Sustain a world-class, high-output organisation; Drive alignment and measurable impact with OKR framework; Ensure L1 Leadership Group training has high engagement and practical application; Balance risk management and culture preservation in ER cases; Enable better people decisions through data insights; Create measurable efficiency gains through AI-enabled practices
Industry & Context.
Must live within 1 hour to Bristol or London, Attendance at all company away days and other company, client and team meetings will be mandatory
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience building and embedding high-performance cultures within scaling organisations, Experience designing, implementing and evolving OKR or goal-setting frameworks that drive measurable business impact, Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and hold teams accountable for delivery and outcomes, Experience leading leadership development programmes and coaching managers at multiple levels, Confident facilitating training sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders, Employee Relations experience, with the ability to balance commercial thinking, risk management and people-first decision making, Trusted partner to leadership teams on organisational development, performance and culture, Highly organised with operational discipline and attention to detail across reporting, audits and compliance processes, Comfortable using people data, insights and reporting to support decision making and identify opportunities for improvement, Proven ability to identify and implement scalable ways of working within fast-moving environments, Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve productivity, streamline processes and increase operational effectiveness, Curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and smarter ways of working, Experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, performance, development and reward, Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation, Comfortable operating as a hands-on Individual Contributor within a high-accountability environment

Experience working in high-growth, technology or mission-led businesses is desirable

Lead Employee Relations cases
Run people data and compliance reports and audits
Establish ways to track and communicate productivity and engagement
Use AI tools for automation and process improvement
Identify and embed AI-enabled practices for efficiency gains
Support employee experience evolution
Support onboarding and probation processes
Support compensation reviews and reward strategies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as a trusted advisor to the L1 Leadership Group and line managers; Build trust across all levels of the organisation
