What will your role be at DiliTrust? Position Overview: In order to reinforce our Global HR Team, we are looking for an experienced and driven Head of People Operations. As Head of People Operations, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be based in our Paris office and will play a crucial role in structuring our People department and bringing your expertise to successfully leverage data to increase our efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to join us to contribute to the HR Team scale-up, develop our People Operations structure and work on strategic and innovative HR projects at global scale. What You’ll do: People Operations & Structuring Manage, structure and develop the People Operations team (3ppl) Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility, contracts, amendments) Structure, formalize, and continuously improve global HR processes Identify and remove operational pain points to streamline HR workflows Support the CPO and People Business Partners on Individual and Collective Employee relations International & Compliance Oversee HR matters
