THE ROLE As Pointr’s Head of People & Culture in the US, you will be the senior owner of our global people function and the strategic partner to our CEO and leadership team. You will set and execute the people strategy that carries Pointr from 150 people through its next phase of growth — building the systems, the culture, and the team that match the company’s ambition. This is both a strategic and a hands-on role. You will oversee the full spectrum of people work — talent acquisition, total rewards, performance, learning and development, employee experience, and people operations — while leading a globally distributed team across geographies. You will bring cohesion across cultures, time zones, and stages of maturity, and you will be a daily collaborator with our CEO. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP - Be the trusted thought partner to the CEO and the leadership team on organizational design, headcount planning, talent strategy, and culture. - Lead the development and execution of Pointr's global people strategy, aligning it with business goals across the US, UK, Turkey, and other geographies. - Lead, coach, and develop a distributed people team across multiple cultures and time zones.
