Must Have
Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably as a Head of HR or in a similar position, Background in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, or a related field, Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic HR partner with a clear understanding of business and product context, A strategic mindset combined with a passion for people and culture, Excellent organizational, leadership, and relationship-building skills, communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to clearly articulate decisions and strategic direction, Experience building Learning & Development initiatives and working with leaders on continuous growth and development, Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, complex organization, Fluency in both English and Czech/Slovak
