Full Job Description
You’re an experienced, purpose-driven People & Culture leader. We’re EngagedMD and we have a patient journey management platform used by more than 3 million clinicians and patients nationwide and internationally since its launch. We continue to ee enormous growth and adoption from medical clinics across multiple markets. We’re hiring a Head of People to serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership and a force multiplier for how leaders lead, with an eye toward evolving our organizational structure for maximum velocity and success. Reporting to one of our co-founder/co-CEOs, you will lead a small People team and improve on a strong foundation of existing systems and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in our mission to help carers carry on caring. You will own the full employee lifecycle at EngagedMD—from hiring and onboarding through development, performance, engagement and retention—setting strategy while ensuring your team delivers high-quality and tangible results. This role operates at the center of the business and requires executional, strategic and relational rigor. You’ll partner closely with leaders to improve decision-making, strengthen leadership effectiveness, raise the talent bar and bring greater clarity and consistency to how people are led—without requiring perfect alignment to do so. Candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role. What You’ll Own End-to-end team member lifecycle: Set strategy and ensure strong execution across hiring, onboarding, performance, development, engagement and retention Leadership effectiveness: Coach leaders at all levels, create clarity, structure and visibility that ensure leaders consistently meet expectations for performance, talent and team health, as well as model EngagedMD’s values and action principles HR business partnership: Act as a trust
