What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in payments, fintech, or complex operational environments, with senior leadership experience, Proven track record of leading high-impact operational or platform functions and delivering on critical company-level metrics, Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations, systems thinking and strategic judgment, with experience driving measurable improvements at scale
Nice to Have
Experience with platform or infrastructure operations supporting multiple internal and external clients, Knowledge of payments operations, including global transfer systems and process optimization, Background in global, multi-region operations with regulatory or compliance complexity, Familiarity with product and engineering practices, including agile frameworks, Exposure to data-driven operational decision-making, dashboards, and performance monitoring, Prior experience in client-facing roles where operational performance directly impacts customer outcomes
