About the Job: LaunchDarkly is looking for a Head of Partner Marketing to help build and scale a high-impact partner growth engine. In this role, you’ll define the framework for how we prioritize and activate our partner ecosystem then drive high-impact co-marketing programs that deliver pipeline and reinforce our position as critical infrastructure to support AI-development. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution (running campaigns, defining playbooks, enabling sales). You’ll work closely with our partnerships team, demand marketing, and product. This role is for someone who has done this before - who knows how to translate partner potential into real pipeline, and who can balance strategy, execution, and influence to make it happen. Responsibilities: With partnerships team, create a prioritization Preferred: A Bachelor of science in Marketing or a degree in Business Background in developer tools, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure, and experience marketing into technical audiences Experience driving impact within the AWS Partner Network SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: 20% travel required Must be authorized to work in US / Canada (no visa sponsorship / relocation) Pay: Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 5: Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $171,000 - $235,000** Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $154,000 - $211,000** Zone 3: All other US locations - $145,000 - $200,000** LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. *Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas. **Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
