What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in Paid Media marketing within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency environment, 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels and functions, Proven track record of driving innovation through strategic testing, experimentation, and continuous performance optimization, ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior and executive stakeholders, Advanced expertise across major paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
Nice to Have
Experience in or understanding of the home services industry and their unique needs, strongly preferred, experience with local service and lead-generation platforms (Angi, Yelp, etc. ) preferred

Develop and continuously refine the agency’s comprehensive paid media strategy and operating playbook
Drive strategic testing

Lead the strategic adoption of AI-driven tools
Identify and implement emerging technologies that improve campaign performance
Serve as the agency’s primary thought leader on paid media innovation
Share strategic insights that elevate internal expertise
Design and scale the paid media department structure
Lead team development through hiring
Oversee scalable processes for campaign management
Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise accounts
Support the sales team by shaping strategy and scoping complex
multi-channel opportunities
Manage executive relationships with Google
