What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–15 years of experience in operations, business operations, or general management within high-growth technology companies, Proven experience scaling early-stage companies through rapid growth phases, track record owning cross-functional operations across revenue, customers, and internal execution, Experience building scalable systems and processes that replace manual workflows, Hands-on operator who can execute tactically while driving strategic operational improvements, Experience managing and mentoring high-performing operations teams, understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue tracking, Experience working in cloud infrastructure, marketplace, software, or infrastructure-heavy businesses, Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational alignment, and problem-solving skills, Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
Nice to Have
Background in cloud infrastructure, GPU compute, AI infrastructure, or marketplace businesses, Experience contributing to revenue operations, pricing strategy, or infrastructure cost management, Experience building operational systems that support distributed or international scaling, Familiarity with early-stage startup environments where ownership is broad and roles evolve quickly, Track record of improving operational efficiency, margins, or customer experience in high-growth environments, Experience working closely with founders or executive teams in high-urgency settings, Experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud compute environments is strongly preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a Head of Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of Hyperbolic during a period of rapid growth. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring that revenue operations, customer operations, supply coordination, and internal execution scale smoothly as the company grows from ~10 to 100+ employees. You will sit at the center of the business, overseeing end-to-end operations across revenue, customers, and infrastructure. This includes managing billing and invoicing systems, aligning GPU supply with customer demand, and building the operational rigor required to support a global compute marketplace.
