Proven experience leading project managers in OT, infrastructure, or industrial environments, experience managing complex project portfolios and stakeholder landscapes, Ability to balance delivery focus with strategic prioritization and value creation, A collaborative mindset with communication and relationship-building skills, Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibility, Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience working in renewable energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure

Our focus lies on Operational Technology (OT), working closely with IT while ensuring clear ownership of control systems, site integration, and lifecycle performance. Cybersecurity and compliance are fundamental elements across all deliveries.
