We build the tools that detect and stop them. YOUR MISSION At Hoxhunt, we help organizations strengthen their human layer of cybersecurity every single day. Now, we are expanding our reach by building a brand-new Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) business unit. Your mission is to take this concept from zero to one — and eventually to scale. You will own the development of the MSSP offering together with engineering, define what gets built and why, validate the model in the market, and help shape the commercial strategy and long-term growth plan toward a multi-million-euro business. While commercial validation is an important part of the role, the primary focus is on product strategy, offering development, and creating a scalable MSSP business model. This is a rare opportunity to build a new business inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing cybersecurity companies. YOUR ROLE You are a 0-to-1 product builder who understands how successful businesses are created. You combine product leadership, commercial acumen, and technical understanding to turn new opportunities into scalable offerings. You have built a new business, product line, partner-led model, or similarly complex B2B SaaS offering from the ground up before — and now you are excited to do it again. Although this role sits at the intersection of product and business, it leans heavily toward product leadership rather than traditional commercial ownership.
