What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Several years of professional experience in setting up and implementing company-wide master data management, Very good experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, Sound knowledge in a modern master data system, such as SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), IBM, Boomi, Ataccama, Semarchy, Profisee, Reltion or STEP Stibo and SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, Very good experience in project management methods, High degree of creativity in finding solutions, Necessary persuasiveness in communication with different stakeholders, Flexibility, decisiveness, and above-average communication and presentation skills, Independent and structured way of working
Nice to Have
Ideally, cross-functional understanding of pharmaceutical processes

Strategic development of the master data organization for SAP and non-SAP related data
Implementation of a GxP compliant governance and quality framework
Leading the data migration part within the SAP transformation
Technical customizing and configuration with a modern master data system
and validation across various systems and locations
