Several years of professional experience in setting up and implementing company-wide master data management, Very good experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, Sound knowledge in a modern master data system, such as SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), IBM, Boomi, Ataccama, Semarchy, Profisee, Reltion or STEP Stibo and SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, Very good experience in project management methods, High degree of creativity in finding solutions, Necessary persuasiveness in communication with different stakeholders, Flexibility, decisiveness, and above-average communication and presentation skills, Independent and structured way of working

Standort: Tornesch Als Head of Master Data Management (m/w/d) für medac übernehmen Sie die strategische Verantwortung für den Aufbau, die Konsolidierung und nachhaltige Optimierung unserer globalen Stammdatenlandschaft. Sie führen und unterstützen Ihr Expertenteam insbesondere durch die anstehende SAP-Transformation und legen damit das Fundament für unsere digitalen Geschäftsprozesse. Diese Schlüsselrolle ist in unserer Supply Chain Organisation positioniert. # Das können Sie bei uns bewegen: * Strategischer Aufbau und Entwicklung der Stammdatenorganisation für SAP und Nicht-SAP bezogene Daten * Implementierung eines gemeinsam mit der Quality-Abteilung entwickelten GxP konformen Governance- und Qualitätsframeworks * Leitung des Datenmigrationsteils innerhalb der SAP-Transformation mit ihren Mitarbeitern * Technisches Customizing und Konfiguration mit einem modernen Stammdatensystem – von Workflow-Design bis Geschäftsregeln mit einem IT verwalteten User Management * Datenharmonisierung, -migration und Validierung über verschiedene Systeme und Standorte * Führung, Coaching und Wissensaustausch in interdisziplinären Teams * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und globalen MDM-Communities # Das bringen Sie mit: * Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplom-Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Aufsetzen und Umsetzen eines firmenweiten Stammdatenmanagements sowie sehr gute Erfahrungen in der Führung von interdisziplinären Teams * Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem modernen Stammdatensystem, wie zum Beispiel SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), IBM, Boomi, Ataccama, Semarchy, Profisee, Reltion oder STEP Stibo und SAP R/3 oder S/4HANA * Sehr gute Erfahrungen in Projektmanagementmethoden und idealerweise fachübergreifendes Verständnis für pharmazeutische Prozesse * Bereitschaft für internationale Reisen überwiegend innerhalb von Europa (ca. 10- 20%) sowie sichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
