Full Job Description

## Responsibilities Own regional revenue and marketing budget — decide where it goes and why. Manage local brand, OOH, TV, radio, podcast, affiliate, and influencer relationships within central CoE governance. Track and act on local brand health and digital reputation metrics. Escalate regulatory, reputational, or brand risks early to the CMO and CoE leads. Deliver performance under regulatory constraint and market pressure — without shortcuts. Lead a small regional team where market scale demands it. ## Requirements Experience owning regional marketing budgets and delivering commercial outcomes in a matrixed org. Commercial judgment across brand-led channels, affiliate/influencer ecosystems, and both long- and short-cycle demand. Ability to weigh commercial upside against reputational, regulatory, and behavioural risk. Composure under pressure — outcome-focused, not reactive. Confident stakeholder management at C-suite level across marketing, compliance, risk, and PR. Fluent English; working proficiency in the regional language where relevant. ## Nice to have Fintech, brokerage, or regulated financial services background. Experience in a CoE or centre-led marketing model. Familiarity with financial promotions compliance (FCA COBS 4, MiFID II, or equivalent).
