Eligibility Requirements

Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia, Required to work onsite in Surabaya approximately 3 days per travel expenses covered

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in marketing, brand growth, social media leadership, or growth-focused roles, Proven experience building brands, communities, or marketing functions from scratch, ideally within startups, challenger brands, DTC businesses, or fast-growth companies, understanding of content-driven marketing, organic growth strategy, and audience psychology, Experience leading creative teams and overseeing content production workflows, Comfortable operating in fast-changing and ambiguous environments with minimal structure, Demonstrated ability to generate ideas independently and execute them end-to-end, Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability

Entrepreneurial and highly resourceful, Comfortable taking risks and testing unconventional ideas, Persistent and resilient when campaigns or strategies fail, ownership mentality with a bias toward action, Understands both branding and performance/growth mechanics, Naturally curious about consumer perception, storytelling, and culture-building

Build and execute marketing and brand growth strategy

Lead social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn

Develop creative and experimental marketing initiatives

Create and test new content formats and growth strategies

Manage and mentor internal creative team

Define brand messaging and positioning

Translate manufacturing processes into content

Analyze social media and campaign performance data

Identify strategic opportunities for partnerships

Operate with a startup mentality

Travel across Southeast Asia for farm visits

Work onsite in Surabaya approximately 3 days
