What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, BPO experience required, Minimum of 12 years’ experience in media or analytics marketing experience, Minimum 10 years’ experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies and plans, background with digital marketing, Knowledge, experience, and ability to set direction across multiple digital platforms and channels (web, search engine marketing, digital display, targeted display, retargeting, OOT, organic and paid social, geofencing etc. ), proficiency in all aspects of Google Analytics and Google Ads, Previous B2B and B2C SaaS experience, Significant experience with CRM and marketing automation systems to measure ROI and set strategy, Experience with reporting and statistical platforms to create integrated visualizations of data sets to provide insights and recommendations., Experience working with and managing team sizes of 2-5 people, Ability to work in a multicultural team with the flexibility to work across various time zones

Direct and oversee Marketing department

Partner with leaders on brand positioning
Develop strategic marketing plan
Track market and competitor developments
Develop annual marketing plan
Manage regional marketing team
Prepare reports and presentations
Conduct market analysis
Engage inbound media inquiries
Oversight of corporate website
Develop collateral for sales teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with sales, product, data, operations, and analytics teams; Partner with VP of PRrand for message consistency; Work with key stakeholders; Proactive engagement internally with Sales and other teams; Work in a multicultural team; Work across various time zones
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Ability to sell ideas to cross-functional partners; Present strategies to executive leadership; Communicating with executive leadership; Communicating with external partners
Process & Methodology
Manage projects end-to-end, Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and implementation
