Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### ### The Position As Head of Marketing & Access you will be responsible for expanding Roche Diagnóstica Brasil's leadership position through innovative models, advocating for integrated diagnostic solutions, digital solutions, and disease management solutions, and the value these solutions bring to patients, private and public healthcare systems, and society. You will also be responsible for building, and then providing effective leadership for our local teams. Doing so in a manner that is consistent with the Roche Values and leadership capabilities. You will seek to inspire and lead cross-functional teams to create transformative solutions, and to influence their prioritization and uptake in the wider organization, in order to ensure that customer solutions are at the forefront of DIA Brazil and deliver its optimal contribution to the Roche Diagnostics Vision. **The Opportunity:** * Responsible for cross-portfolio activities, such as cascading and adapting global and regional marketing programs, marketing materials and initiatives and/or supporting the local marketing and sales functions and teams, sales pipeline development, business planning and budgeting, business reviews, etc. * Accountable for the business and Access strategy for the affiliate, in terms of definition and execution. * Collaborating with highly passionate and committed professionals to achieve the goal of improving the quality of tests and making a positive impact, delivering the best possible treatment to patients in the country through pe
