10+ years professional experience, 3+ years manufacturing leadership, Experience bringing complex electromechanical systems to production, Experience sourcing and qualifying suppliers, Experience qualifying contract manufacturers, Ability to communicate clearly across engineers, suppliers, technicians, and leadership
Nice to Have

Represent manufacturing function to key stakeholders
Own EHS compliance and safety culture
