As the **Head of People Local Care Solutions** , you will define and lead our local People Care strategy in Switzerland, ensuring operational excellence across social sustainability, counseling and career transitions initiatives. Joining the Switzerland Catalyst Network, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Senior Management, translating global frameworks into impactful local practices that enhance the long-term employee experience. ### ### Your Opportunity In this role, you will lead two teams (Employee Counseling and New Orientation Center Coaches) to cultivate an inclusive, resilient, and psychologically safe work environment where every employee feels a sense of belonging. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Social Sustainability Architecture** : Shape, operationalize, and lead the strategy for local social sustainability priorities and designing frameworks that foster an inclusive and psychologically safe work culture.
