What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with IAM (Okta/Azure AD/Google Identity), Experience with Zero Trust (ZTNA), Expert knowledge of Google Workspace (administration, security, audit), Experience with automation tools (GAM/API), Experience implementing and configuring Service Desk systems (Jira Service Management, Zendesk), Deep expertise in macOS, Experience with MDM systems (Jamf Pro, Kandji), Understanding of network technologies at the architecture level (VLAN, Routing, Firewalls, Wi-Fi optimization), Experience managing a team of 8+ specialists (including system administrators), Experience with budgeting and working with vendors
Nice to Have
ITIL certifications, Okta Certified, Google Workspace Professional certifications, Experience writing scripts (Python) for automation, Experience with security audits (SOC2 / ISO 27001) in the infrastructure part

Це роль для технічного лідера, який готовий взяти на себе повну відповідальність за стратегію корпоративної інфраструктури, керування бюджетом та трансформацію процесів доступу і безпеки. Твоя місія — побудувати scalable & secure середовище, де технології допомагають бізнесу бігти швидко, а не створюють бар'єри. Ти керуватимеш командою системних адміністраторів та HelpDesk-інженерів, відповідатимеш за впровадження ITSM, розвиток Identity Management (IAM) та архітектури Zero Trust. Твої ключові зони відповідальності: 1. Identity & Access Management (IAM) та Безпека: - Побудова єдиної системи ідентифікації: впровадження та розвиток IAM-стратегії (на базі Okta або Google Identity). Налаштування SSO, MFA та політик доступу до корпоративних ресурсів; - Впровадження ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access): перехід від класичних VPN до сучасних рішень безпечного віддаленого доступу (Cloudflare Zero Trust, Zscaler тощо); - Google Workspace Management: експертне адміністрування домену, налаштування безпеки даних (DLP, Context-Aware Access), аудит та автоматизація (GAM). 2.
