Must Have
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Extensive experience (10+ years) in external and financial reporting, Solid understanding of governance and control frameworks, Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting, Capable of navigating SEC reporting, Proven experience in leading a team, Experience navigating a complex and international organisation, Experience influencing (senior) stakeholders, Comfortable operating at both strategic and technical levels, Ability to translate complexity into clear direction, Analytical skills, Eye for the big picture, Clear and confident communication, Effective operation, Build working relationships across ING’s global network, Behavior aligned with ING’s values and Orange Code
Nice to Have
Professional qualifications such as CPA, RA, ACCA or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Lead Integrated Reporting team
Define and execute Integrated Reporting strategy
Oversee delivery of consolidated external reports
End-to-end responsibility for Annual Report
End-to-end responsibility for IFRS consolidated financial statements
End-to-end responsibility for SEC reporting
Ensure reporting is complete
Translate new requirements
Establish and maintain governance and control framework
Safeguard integrity of external disclosures
and develop senior reporting professionals
Foster a culture of ownership
Foster a culture of collaboration
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Drive reporting process improvements
Drive data quality enhancements
Drive automation initiatives
Contribute to Finance change programmes
Contribute to standardisation of reporting processes
