Significant prior experience delivering software implementation, Significant prior experience outsourcing onboarding, Experience with insurance investment accounting, Project management experience and capabilities, Deep focus on timely project delivery, Defining, managing and governing project plans, Judgment, risk & issues management, Problem analysis techniques, Financial industry experience, Insurance accounting and operations background, Good general knowledge cloud first multitenant architecture, Ability to troubleshoot details, Ability to manage high pressure client situations, Ability to build trust with clients, Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues, Ability to present and communicate at senior stakeholder level, Ability to synthesize and communicate complex issues, Outstanding time management skills, Deep experience with project management tools, Microsoft Project a must

What You'll Do.
manage and mentor a team
Lead the delivery of client projects
Work across cross functional teams
Deliver project activity
Define best practice implementation methodology
Make recommendations for improvements
Develop understanding of product capabilities
Work closely with Outsourcing and Software teams
Provide oversight on all projects
Ensure internal project governance
Update key internal stakeholders on status
Help resolve any major issues & risks
Collaborate with client project teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Ensure projects are delivered at high quality
Work with Product Management
Ensure product roadmap aligns to timelines
Make recommendations for improvements
Allocate and schedule resources to projects
Support Business Development & Solutions teams
Support RFP completion
Lead the team effectively
Focus on good people management practices
Manage key performance indicators
Provide financial forecasting
Reconcile to forecast and budget
