Full Job Description
We have many years of experience in the field of logistics. We represent Western quality for the delivery of our customers with a team of international and experienced specialists. We're looking for someone to lead our infrastructure — own where it goes, how it's built, and how it stays safe. You'll lead the team, still write code, and treat infrastructure like a product the rest of the company depends on. We're not starting from zero. Some parts of our setup are solid. Some carry technical debt. We need someone honest enough to tell us which is which, and patient enough to fix it without breaking what works. We are currently seeking a talented: **Head of Infrastructure** **What you'll own** * **The team.** Lead it. Coach it. Hire when needed. * **The roadmap.** Decide what gets built, what gets fixed, what gets killed. * **Infrastructure as a product.** The rest of the company is your customer. Make their life easier — faster deploys, fewer surprises, clear interfaces. * **Security.** Not just ticking boxes. Real security. Fewer ways for things to go wrong, fewer secrets in the wrong places, fewer "oh no" moments. * **Automation.** If we do something twice, it should be a script. If we do it five times, a service. * **AI agents that do real work.** We want infrastructure run more and more by agents — not people copy-pasting into chat. You lead the build. Three places to start: * **An internal platform for the rest of the company.** Devs ask, agents do — spin up environments, grant access, create new services from our standard stack. * **Security agents.** Scanning, triage, access reviews, chasing suspicious activity. Less human babysitting, faster response. * **Observability agents.** Always-on root-cause work across cloud and on-prem. Catch what humans miss between dashboards. Try things, keep what works, drop what doesn't, expand from there. **Who you are:** * You've led infrastructure or platform work before. * You can still code. Not "I used to code." Actually
