Extensive experience in influencer strategy & casting, Highly entrepreneurial, Experience leading and managing a large team, Experience working with consumer focussed brands, Experience working with international clients, Experience working with budgets over £1m+, Experience leading and winning pitches, Exceptional communication & presentation skills, Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment, Solution orientated, Highly conversant with paid media, Highly conversant with 1st party data, Deep relationships with creators, influencers and their agents, Relationships with creator/influencer teams at social media companies, Relationships with major brands
What You'll Do.
Build and manage relationships with clients
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders
Manage relationships with social media platforms
Be an ambassador for DEPT externally
Monitor key market trends
Upskill the team as needed
Lead on influencer strategy internally
Lead on influencer strategy externally for clients
Develop and upskill our ambitions team
Partner with tech & production teams
Run an efficient process
Run a legally sound process
Run a performance focussed process
Run a tech enabled process
