Electrify your future. **About the role** At AGL, we’re bringing on tomorrow by leading the transition to a more sustainable energy future. We’re looking for a **Head of Hydro** to lead a critical portfolio of renewable assets across Victoria and New South Wales. **This role will be based in Mt Beauty,** reporting to the General Manager, Gas, Renewables & Storage, this role is accountable for the safe, compliant and commercially effective operation of AGL’s hydro fleet (17 assets including power stations, dams and civil infrastructure). You will set direction across operations, asset strategy and financial performance while leading a diverse, multi-disciplinary team and engaging with key stakeholders across industry and community. Mt Beauty sits at the gateway to Victoria’s alpine region, offering a rich outdoor lifestyle with year-round access to lakes, trails and mountains.
