What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in product marketing management within the FMCG industry, Experience working on a Hydration / Drinks brand, Track record of successfully managing products across their full lifecycle—from idea to launch and beyond, Well-versed in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning techniques, Know how to plan and execute impactful go-to-market and activation strategies, including pricing and distribution, Think analytically, enjoy working with data, and are confident in market research, financial analysis, and planning, Communicate clearly, present ideas convincingly, and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels, Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership to deliver results, Speak English & German fluently

Full Job Description
Start: Immediately | Level: Head of | Location: remote in Germany | Working hours: Fulltime (40h/week) Own and shape the Hydration category strategy of a leading brand in functional nutrition. We’re looking for an experienced product marketing expert to take end-to-end ownership of our Hydration products and strategy. The major focus will be on how to grow in the ready-to-drink category and in the grocery channel. Starting as soon as possible, on a remote contract, but with monthly on-site days at our office in Germany. Your mission You take full ownership of the Hydration category You manage the existing portfolio and innovation pipeline You define the strategy of how we should continue to grow, especially within the ready-to-drink category and in the grocery channel You develop the go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product development and sales, to bring new products to market in line with the brand positioning You stay on top of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive developments, translating data into actionable growth opportunities You drive product launch excellence by building comprehensive rollout plans and coordinating all related activities across departments You oversee product-related budgets, develop pricing and forecasting models, and analyze performance metrics to support strategic decisions Your experience a Master’s degree is an advantage You bring 6+ years of experience in product marketing management within the FMCG industry You have experience working on a Hydration / Drinks brand You have a track record of successfully managing products across their full lifecycle—from idea to launch and beyond You are well-versed in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning techniques You know how to plan and execute impactful go-to-market and activation strategies, i
