15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, senior leadership exposure (SVP/VP/Head of HR level), Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy in complex, matrixed, or global organizations, background in talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, Demonstrated experience leading transformation and large-scale change initiatives, executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders, Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams
