What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, senior HR roles in high-growth, multinational organizations, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related, understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the MENA region, Experience building HR infrastructure and processes in scaling environments, organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching capabilities, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Fluent in English and Arabic, analytical and problem-solving, uses data and metrics to inform decisions, Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments, alignment with Flow values, particularly Grow, Ship Now and Act Like an Owner
