If you’re driven to solve real-world problems with bold technology, we’d love to meet you. The Role You will own the GTM motion for HRM end-to-end. Revenue, forecast, pipeline, positioning, field execution, expansion, and the cross-functional engagement it takes to make all of that work at the pace we move. You will be driving HRM engagement internally and externally, in front of CISOs, working with the sales teams across all segments, globally, every week. You'll partner directly with the VP of GTM Labs on deal strategy and cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Sales leadership, and Customer Success, and everything in between. What You Will Do Drive net new ARR and NDR through current customer expansion, Assess win rates against the incumbent Advise the AE and CSM sales motion specific to HRM. Drive competitive positioning across battle cards, demo narratives, and deal-desk strategy, and close the field-intelligence loop back to Product Marketing. Build the demand engine that feeds the funnel: cross-sell into the existing Doppel DRP base, partner with Marketing and BDR leadership on outbound campaigns, and own conversion from MQL through closed-won.
